Pilot Hill

Pilot Hill Inc., the nonprofit organization responsible for managing the Pilot Hill trail system in Laramie, Wyoming, contracted Pointe Strategies to develop the final engineered plans for select multi-use trails in Phase II and Phase III of the Pilot Hill Land Use Plan. Pointe Strategies provided detailed trail recommendations that considered the site's soil conditions, terrain, and sensitive natural resources. Each trail alignment was flagged in the field, accompanied by accurate construction cost estimates and bid documents. The engineering and subsequent construction of these trails are integral to the broader initiative of creating a safe, sustainable trail network within the Pilot Hill Recreation Area for non-motorized recreational use.
